Prior to launching his consulting business, Mr. Al-Okaili was responsible for maintaining quality control for all financial and investment services at one of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East’s largest financial institutions. He has successfully managed IT projects and a large IT testing department, with work encompassing the oversight of numerous staff members and outsourced vendors.
 
Resulting departmental improvements and enhancements under Mr. Al-Okaili’s leadership notably enriched operations, with senior executive management later implementing the same processes within other departments to boost organizational culture. He played an instrumental role in multiple organizational improvements both departmentally and enterprise-wide. As a result, other leading financial institutions recruited Ahmed to implement the same business enhancements.
 
During his tenure, Mr. Al-Okaili managed several critical projects and initiatives, ensuring each closed on-time and on-budget. A skilled and motivational leader, he further boosted employee morale, loyalty and enthusiasm. Mr. Al-Okaili is recognized for his technical fortitude, communication skills, demonstrated leadership and exceptional win-win negotiation tactics.

Earlier in his career, Ahmed worked at The Washington Post, a fortune 500 company, where he significantly enhanced reporting processes and played a pivotal role in converting and updating payroll systems. In doing so, he was able to resolve complex IT requirements and ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
 
Ahmed Al-Okaili holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with an emphasis on Information and Process Engineering along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University. Mr. Al-Okaili is licensed to practice IT and Telecommunication Consultancy services in Saudi Arabia. Professional certifications include ISEB, which sets the standard for the international software testing industry, and IT Service Management (ITIL), which promotes a cohesive set of IT service management best practices drawn from both the public and private sectors. He is also a Certified e-Commerce Consultant. Committed to lifelong education, Ahmed has also successfully completed numerous advanced courses in IT, finance, management, communications and human relations.
